ORLEN CONNECT, the largest sourcing platform of its kind in Poland
A central SAP SRM/MM procurement platform for 15 ORLEN Group entities across 4 countries: refining, petrochemicals, energy and a 1,800-station fuel network, each entity with its own systems and its own habits. I led the 60-person delivery team: buyers, IT, consultants and business users. The result was the largest sourcing platform of its kind in Poland, covering the full cycle from requisition to contract.
Żabka Polska · SAP Ariba for a 12,000+ store network
SAP Ariba Buying and Supplier Risk for Poland's largest convenience chain: over 12,000 stores and a growth rate procurement has to keep up with. PLL LOT · SAP Ariba for Poland's flag carrier
SAP Ariba for Poland's flag carrier with over 90 years of history. Airline procurement is a league of its own: parts and MRO, catering, fuel, handling, all under safety regulations and supplier certification. Digitised sourcing and platform integration with the carrier's operational systems.

SAP Ariba for one of Greece's largest energy groups: a refinery processing over 180,000 barrels per day. A cross-border project delivered with a CEE/SEE team: sourcing modules and supplier management, grounded in the realities of the Greek market and the Mediterranean supply chain.
